Stewart and Colbert have weirdly shifted to the defense of the left instead of their kind of neutral comedy schtick. Stewart went after Cramer and Santelli when they spoke out against Obama's policies. He attacked Cramer for things he said nearly a year ago, suspicious timing. I think NBC made Cramer apologize. And Colbert is kind of using this comedic attack against Sanford, who didn't want to spend the stimulus on bloated federal programs, and instead pay down debt. The dems immediately started running attack ads in his state. MSNBC joined in saying the governor didn't want to use the money to create jobs. Its really disgusting that not going along with their agenda makes you subject to attack.
